Hi Di, I just wanted to let you know that since having my last session with you I haven’t touched one biscuit. It’s been well over 2 weeks now and I simply do not want them. As you know I was constantly sabotaging my weight loss efforts by going on binges everytime I ate something that wasn’t “perfect”.
My mindset has changed from “oh well I’ve buggered it up now I may as well just eat whatever I want” to “ok, so you had a slip up, immediately forgive yourself and start again, not tomorrow, not next week, but NOW!”

 
I’m now doing some walking everyday and my weight loss in the last two weeks has been 2.5kg.
Thanks for giving me the tools and techniques to immediately recognise my inappropriate behaviours around food and exercise.
It’s early days yet, but I feel very confident that I can achieve PERMANENT habits to let me lose weight and keep it off. I should have seen you earlier!
